Step 1 - Design & Engineering
Our process begins with collaborative design and engineering. Using advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) and sustainable design principles, our team works closely with clients to develop detailed plans that maximize efficiency, functionality, and energy performance. Every project is tailored to meet local building codes and client specifications, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to construction.
Step 2 - Procurement
Once the design is finalized, we source high-quality, sustainable materials and components from trusted suppliers. Our procurement team ensures that all materials meet rigorous standards for durability, safety, and environmental responsibility, supporting various certification goals.
Step 3 - Off-Site Manufacturing
Building modules are manufactured in a controlled factory environment, allowing for precision engineering and consistent quality. This off-site approach minimizes material waste, reduces construction timelines, and ensures that each module meets our strict quality assurance standards before leaving the facility. Modules are fully finished and furnished in the factory, with interior elements such as flooring, fixtures, and fittings installed to client specifications
Step 4 - Logistics & Delivery
Our logistics team coordinates the safe and efficient transport of modules to the project site. By planning delivery schedules and routes in advance, we minimize disruption to the surrounding community and ensure that modules arrive on time and in perfect condition.
Step 5 - On-Site Assembly
Upon arrival, modules are rapidly assembled on-site by our experienced construction team. Using specialized equipment and advanced connection systems, we ensure precise alignment and secure integration with building foundations and utilities. This step is completed much faster than traditional construction, reducing on-site labor and environmental impact.
Step 6 - Finishing and Handover
Final touches, including any remaining interior or exterior work, are completed on-site. Rigorous quality checks and inspections ensure that every aspect of the building meets our high standards and all regulatory requirements. Once approved, the building is handed over to the client, ready for immediate occupancy.
